Process

Four steps. No surprises.

Most project failures are process failures — unclear scope, invisible progress, and a handover that never happens. Each step below exists to remove one of those. It starts with a free consult and nothing is owed until you approve a quote.

  1. 01

    Call

Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, we tell you honestly whether we're the right people for it. Sometimes the answer is no, and we say so.

  2. 02

    Quote

We write down exactly what will be built, what it costs, and when it lands — as one fixed quote, not an hourly estimate. You approve it in writing before anything starts.

    2–4 days

  3. 03

    Build

Weekly demos of working software. You see real progress every week, not a status report. Direct access to the person doing the work.

    2–8 weeks

  4. 04

    Hand over

Deployed, documented, and yours. Credentials in your name, code in your repository, written runbook. You are never locked to us.

Operating rules

Four commitments we hold ourselves to.

Quoted, not metered

Every job is quoted as one fixed number, agreed before work starts. Hourly billing rewards slowness — we wear the risk if it takes longer than we thought.

You own everything

Code in your repository, cloud accounts in your name, documentation written for whoever comes next. No hostage situations.

We say no

If the work is outside what we do well, or the plan is wrong, we'll tell you before taking money. An honest no is worth more than a billable yes.

One person, not a pod

You talk to the person writing the code. No account manager relaying messages, no offshore team you never meet.

The first step is a 30-minute call.

No deck, no pitch. You describe what's broken, we tell you whether we can help and roughly what it would take. If we're the wrong people for it, we'll say so on the call.
